Weather Warnings

Dear Customers.

The Met Office has issued weather warnings for snow and ice conditions in parts of the UK which may cause disruption to deliveries.

The heavy snow and ice conditions in the south west have caused logistical delays of parcels leaving Devon to arrive at local depots nationally.

Deliveries Due on 9th January have been affected.

Update1:

We have been informed the courier transport vehicles were unable to leave the Devon depot yesterday due to the severe conditions. All deliveries due on the 9th January have been prioritised by the courier for delivery on the 10th January.

Update2:

Please note we have been informed that tracking updates from the courier may state the delivery is due on the 9th January but the delayed parcels are being prioritised for the 10th January.

We are working closely with carriers to monitor delivery service levels.  If your delivery has been disrupted, please continue to check your tracking information for further updates.

We will share more details once we have a better understanding of the impact.
